This is face to face strength & conditioning and sports physiotherapy for all our fighters who become a member of the team.

  • Increased neural drive leading to enhanced motor skills in essential movement patterns for fighters.

  • Recruitment of high-threshold motor units, containing strong and large muscle fibres. Leading to greater RFD (rate of force development)

  • Developing the fast twitch muscle fibres, this is crucial for your ability to strike emphatically. 

  • Increasing RFD (rate of force development), enhancing your ability to absorb energy and re-direct explosively for greater striking impact forces. 

  • Improved maximal oxygen uptake, this is important so boxers can recover between bouts of high intensity actions (punching).

  • Increased muscle buffering capacity, enhancing a boxers ability to work in acidosis which is crucial in a 3-12 round war in the ring!
