It is not an exaggeration that conditioning can win or lose bouts. Bouts are won in the final minutes, as fatigue sets in, and only the fittest boxers are left standing with their hands raised. Increasing speed, strength and power are all very important, but if you lack good conditioning to back it for 3, 6 or 12 rounds, the other fitness components will be useless for you. 

 

This is why the 30-week (3 different phases) Conditioning Method provides boxers with all the fundamental knowledge to improve aerobic endurance, anaerobic capacities and the ability to sustain high-intensity actions.
